How It Works

Your $185 membership fee is automatically charged to your credit or debit card on the 1st of each month. Your appointment can be scheduled at any time during that calendar month.

A three-month minimum commitment is required. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted by the 25th of the month to take effect the following month.
