Monthly corrective treatments $165/month (saving $20 month)
Auto process on a credit/debit card on the 1st of the month.
Your appointment can be scheduled at any point in the month.

Must sign a Membership Contract and commit to a minimum of three (3) months
Can cancel by the 25th of the month for the following month.
