Now Hiring: Licensed Esthetician

 

Pay Rate: $15-42+ hourly. Hourly rate includes a set hourly rate and set commission on services. Pay based on skill set.

Additional 10% Commission on retail sales, 100% of TIPS

We’re seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team as a skin coach in a part-time role providing corrective facial treatments, waxing and/or sugaring, and lash services including lash extensions or lash lift and tint. While we can teach the techniques, we’re looking for someone with the heart and character that will elevate the client experience. This looks like someone who is passionate, empathetic, and genuinely committed to client-centered care, ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels seen, valued, and supported as they work toward life-changing results.

 

This role is ideal for someone seeking afternoon and evening hours, and/or every other Saturday, with the opportunity to grow into additional days/hours as their clientele expands. We offer a supportive, mentorship team-oriented environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Perform client facial treatments, promoting products and services tailored to each client’s skin needs

• Build relationships through exceptional care and ongoing treatment plans, checking in with clients to encourage progress

• Handle detailed charting in EMR/booking software

• Provide excellent service to the client during check in/out and rebooking

• Promote member referrals and memberships to encourage return clientele 

• Maintain a professional and clean working environment

• Assist with cleaning and laundry

 

Job Requirements:

• Active IL Esthetician License

• Hair removal trained/experience in waxing and/or sugaring

• Coachable personality

• Strong communication and customer service skills with clients, management, and team members

• Strong hands on work ethic

• Flexible availability for training 2-3 days a week

• Dermaplane Trained & Certified (highly preferred)

• Lash extension trained (preferred)

Flexible Work Options

• Part-time 2-3 days/ 8-15 hours per week
